The service

Sostega helps hosts run short-term rental apartments: channel connections, calendar and prices, guest registration, cleaning, invoicing and related tools. The features available to you are the ones shown in your account.

Early access

Sostega is currently offered in early access. We set up each account together with the host, and features are added and improved continuously. We will tell you in advance about changes that affect how you use the service.

Accounts and security

• Each person uses their own account. Every sign-in needs a code sent by email.
• You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and the roles you give them.
• Tell us straight away at contact@sostega.com if you think your account has been misused.

Your responsibilities as a host

Sostega gives you tools for guest registration, invoicing and other legal obligations, but those obligations remain yours as the host. Check that the information you enter and the documents Sostega generates for you are correct and complete.

For your guests' personal data you are the controller and we act as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms.

Prices and payment

• Prices are per apartment, per month, as shown on sostega.com or agreed with you in writing.
• Prices are shown in euro and do not include VAT, which is added where applicable.
• Yearly billing has a discount of 15% compared with monthly billing.
• There is no setup fee and no commission on bookings.

No contract period, cancel anytime

You can stop using Sostega at any time; the subscription ends at the end of the period already paid. On request, we give you a copy of your data before you leave. After the account is closed we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sostega available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or that booking channels will always respond. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to solve any disagreement by talking to you first; otherwise the competent courts in Timișoara, Romania, will decide.
